TAGLIEDE
The Tagliede is a historical restaurant in Livigno, located at the starting point of the “Livigno-Centro” gondola lift (#25), and is therefore easily accessible by anyone in the pedestrian area in the town centre as well as anyone enjoying a break between skiing sessions.
The restaurant functions as a Restaurant, Pizzeria and Bar, as well as offering the wonderful homemade creations of the much-loved Biancaneve ice cream parlour and patisserie, located right next door. The restaurant consists of an indoor dining room as well as an outdoor terrace which is partly covered and heated, partly set up as a solarium right on the ski slopes.
The Tagliede is most certainly the right place to come for delicious typical Italian and Valtellinese dishes such as pizzoccheri, polenta, salmis of venison, porcini mushrooms…; alternatively, for those who prefer a lighter option, a pizzeria and sandwich service is also available – fast food, all served in a warm, welcoming and festive setting, thanks to the musical events arranged every day from late morning until late afternoon, with a non-stop series of musical acts (often live). In the late afternoon, during the winter season, the restaurant also offers an “après-ski” with disco music so skiers can have fun with friends after a day on the slopes.
